Cut 5 mm wide from 12 gauge (2mm thick) sterling silver, this handmade bangle was stamped entreily by hand one digit at a time using a steel impression kit, hammered into shape over a wooden bracelet mandrel with a nylon mallet, and the ends were soldered together with sterling silver solder and an acetylene torch. A patina was brushed into the lettering for stunning legibility against the brilliant mirror finish. The edges were filed smooth by hand for comfortable fit and classy appearance.
