This squares bracelet started as a six inch long by 1 inch wide flat strip that sawed from 18 gauge sterling silver with a jewelry saw. I added v-shaped notches every inch and punched a pilot hole in each square segment of the flat band. By feeding my jewelry saw blade through the holes, I was able to cut out each of the six half inch inner squares. I placed the flat band with notches and square cut outs on to an ovular wooden bracelet mandrel and gently hammered the flat metal with a nylon hammer into a perfect bracelet form. The shiny polished finish and clean edges were produced by tumbling the bracelet in a rotary barrel with mixed steel shot for 36 hours.

The bracelet measures 6 inches long by 1 inch wide, fits a medium size wrist, and can be bent by hand to accommodate larger or smaller wrist sizes. You may custom order this bracelet in larger and smaller sizes by writing your sizing preferences in the check out notes.
