Swirling vines and blooming flowers adorn this sterling silver cuff bracelet with a botanical jungle of flowering vines that were imprinted by hammering the flat bracelet band on a steel patterned relief block on the outside while the hammer strikes produce a stunning honeycomb texture on the inside. A rolling mill could have also been used to press the botanical design, however the extensive hammering process produces tool marks, an ancient appearance, semi polished raised surfaces with irregularities which define handmade, and an artistian appearance that cannot be replicated with a machine.

A 1.25 inch wide bracelet band, sized to balance a quality feel, weight, and antique dimensions was sheared from thick 18 gauge sterling silver, patterned, and hammered into a perfect bracelet over a wooden mandrel using a soft nylon hammer to preserve the botanical jungle. For comfort and a classy finished appearance, the ends and edges were rounded and smoothed with a hand file, before polishing the silver with a cloth.
