Returns and Exchanges
So you placed an order on-line and now you have something that doesn't match, looks oddly out of place, or needs resizing. We've all been there at some point which is why we always offer hassle free returns and exchanges on most items.
1. We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and resizing on all stock items. Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery or call our shop at 575.737.8521. Pre-paid return labels are handled on a case by case basis.
2. As your satisfaction is guaranteed and we stand behind our products, custom orders may be returned for a full refund, exchanged, or modified to correct any issues. Since ordering online presents challenges regarding finishing, sizing and fit, we will resize and address any fit and finishing issues at no additional cost to our customers.
3. To be eligible for a full-refund, all items must be returned in unused and in the same condition as delivered to your doorstep. A refund will then be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise or products.
4. Our refunds and exchange period is 60 days which complies with Google Shopping requirements and Guidelines.
5. We do offer a limited life time warranty on workmanship, material defects, welding, tacking, brazing, and soldering. This warranty excludes: abuse, lost stones, regular maintenance (tarnishing, re-polishing), theft, wear and tear, and acts of nature.
6. Returns should be addressed to Nici and RJ, 125 Forest Ave, Glen Ridge, NJ 07028. Please contact us for our current mailing address for exchanges, modifications, and resizing as business takes us on the road for trade shows, markets, and studio tours.
7. Returns and Exchanges on fully custom orders outside of material defects, shipping damage, and errors or omissions are generally not allowed, however we will try our best to rectify any issues on a case by case basis. If the item can be re-sold or an exchange is being requested, we would be happy to accept a return.
1. Our official business hours are 9:00am – 8:00pm PST M-Sat and 10:00am – 5:00pm PST Weekends, however we try to take phone calls outside of regular business hours, whenever possible, so feel free to call any time.
2. We do not collect or distribute any personal information. Subscriptions to any mailing lists, news letters, or RSS Feeds is entirely voluntary.
3. When placing custom orders, please feel free to include a contact telephone number. Often times picking up the phone is the quickest way for us to communicate with you to ensure the fastest turn around times. You phone number will never be redistributed or used for marketing.
4. While our items are priced as fairly as possible, we are always willing to work with you on bulk orders as well as discussing wholesale pricing or discounts.
5. Order cancellations requests should be made within 24 hours of placing a non-rushed order. Once your order has already shipped, we will follow our exchanges and refunds policies.
