This guitar pick was cut from 18 gauge copper and has a pierced and cut OM or “Aum” cut out that is sure to connect you with your guitar if not with the entire universe. The pierced and cut design entails punching a hole, feeding a fine blade through the hole, and sawing out the Aum. I hand filed the edges and polished the surfaces for string friendly OM power.
The copper pick is thick and strong enough for some serious playing even with the fancy cut out. In fact some guitarists find that the cut out improves your grasp and prevents sliding. If you prefer bit more substance than a plastic pick you will absolutely dig this copper pick. The pick measures about 1.25 inches long by 1.15 inches wide at the top, weighs about 6 grams, and is based on a standard plastic guitar pick.
