CAN I USE THIS GUITAR PICK TO PLAY MY GUITAR?

Absolutely. The edges of the pick were filed by hand and surfaces burnished so that the pick rocks and rolls with easy over your metal strings. We have also received feedback from some guitarists stating that the cut out actually improves the grasp. Similar in geometry to many plastic picks, our guitar measures about 1.25 inches long by 1.15 inches wide at the top and provides an easy transition from plastic to metal while still being our own unique design.

HOW IS THIS GUITAR PICK HANDMADE?

Each guitar pick is pressed individually from a flat sheet of 5052 18 gauge aluminum using our own handmade tungsten steel die and deburred on a polishing wheel. To cut out the guitar, a pilot hole is punched in the center of pick, a fine fret saw blade is fed through the hole, and the guitar design is then sawed free-hand. Any messages and text are stamped one letter at time by striking steel lettering kits to create deep impressions in the metal. Those impressions can then be darkened with a black patina to provide stunning contrast and improve legibility against the bright silver glow of burnished aluminum.
