TO ORDER YOUR COLLAR STAYS WITH PERSONALIZED MESSAGES
Ordering your collar stays with personalized messages is as simple as entering your custom requests in the order notes box during check out and selecting the number of characters using the drop down menu. Each collar stay can support a maximum of 15 characters per side.
HOW WE MAKE YOUR COLLAR STAYS
Using locally sourced cold rolled sheet metal of US origin, the collar stays are individually cut on a precision shear to a standard size of 2.5 inches in length by .4 inch in width. In order to provide the highest quality possible, we selected thick 14 gauge (1.4mm thick) aluminum over flimsy thinner gauges to hold your collar straight through even the worst storms and rain. The lettering is imprinted one letter at time by striking steel lettering rods with a hammer to create deep impressions in the metal that we darken with a patina for added contrast against the natural silver glow of aluminum.
